½tspstevia extract (or 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup)
1tiny pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
Start by gathering all the ingredients: filtered water, ice, fresh lemon juice, turmeric powder, stevia extract (or honey/maple syrup), and a pinch of ground black pepper.
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Make sure everything is well combined in the blender before proceeding.
Blend on high for about 60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and the ice is fully crushed.
Let the drink sit for about 30 seconds to allow the foam to settle and the ingredients to fully integrate.
Pour the turmeric ginger lemonade into glasses, adding extra ice if desired. Optionally, garnish with a lemon slice or a sprinkle of turmeric powder for an added touch.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness based on your preferences. If you prefer a natural sweetener, try using maple syrup or honey in place of stevia.
For a fun twist, serve this lemonade over crushed ice, or garnish it with extra lemon slices or a sprig of fresh mint.
This turmeric ginger lemonade can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving, as the ingredients may naturally separate.
If you want to increase the anti-inflammatory benefits, add a pinch of black pepper to the drink to enhance turmeric absorption.
